Pawenang Ecohub located in Sukabumi, West Java, has it's unique site spanning 80 hectares across two sites. These two sites are located approximately 2 kilometers apart. This dual-site approach presents both challenges and opportunities for the design development. On the other hand, it could allow for a greater diversity of ecological zones, natural features, or planned activities within the Ecohub.

This ecohub project envisions a comprehensive program featuring a restaurant, glamping, a fresh market, an adventure exhibition, track routes, and public facilities. The restaurant and fresh market will mutually support each other, promoting local and sustainable produce. Glamping offers eco-friendly accommodations, while an adventure exhibition provides educational engagement. Various track routes will encourage outdoor exploration, complemented by essential public facilities. The core focus is to develop a sustainable hub that minimizes environmental impact and maximizes community benefit through responsible design and operation.
