Kema Lawu, located in the central of Java. Its location is truly special, right next to the ancient Candi Sukuh temple. This makes Kema Lawu a perfect spot for anyone eager to explore rich history and soak in the natural beauty of the region.

The architecture design focus on sustainability, committed to being kind to the environment in everything—from choosing eco-friendly materials to using energy wisely. It;s designed for engaging programs for visitors, blending cultural experiences with outdoor adventures. Every space at Kema Lawu is designed for comfort, ensuring a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. BE Studio believe in striking the right balance between aesthetics and function, making sure the buildings are not just beautiful but also fit seamlessly into the natural scenery. This idea of the building as context means that Kema Lawu feels like it's always belonged there, enhancing the landscape rather than taking away from it.

Even though Kema Lawu is close to Candi Sukuh, we've carefully designed our glamping site. The highest point of our cabin area is no taller than the temple's ground level, showing our deep respect for its sacred nature. Additionally, any programs or activities that might create loud noises are placed as far away from the temple as possible, ensuring peace and quiet for this important historical site.

Our aspirations for Kema Lawu extend far beyond offering a delightful experience for visitors. A key part of our mission is to genuinely boost the local economy. We're dedicated to creating job opportunities for people in the area, and partnering closely with local artisans and service providers. By doing this, Kema Lawu aims to be a catalyst for positive change, showing how tourism can be a strong force for sustainable growth and an improved quality of life for everyone in the community.
