Sepat Lowrise project is a revitalization procedure of a poor designed building with a building mass that violates the regulation. The objective of this is to maintain both the whole mass, better visualization and vista(s), and efficient energy conservation.

The discharged area is then transformed into green open space and swimming pool to improve the quality living. The finished form of the building put the openings on the right orientation to both north and south. Additional features of both vertical and horizontal sun shading are added on the west side of the building, to manage its shading coefficient.

Circulation area that connects the functional rooms facing the open space is completed with beautiful vertical garden that help to block the rainwater. In addition, the garden gives more value onto the sense of the interior.

All the rainwater that falls from the roof and onto the landscape are designated to flow into the infiltration wells, using the formula of zero run off.

This exceptional project has been calculated to achieve an environmentally-friendly system and become an exemplary property for the neighborhood.
