Dukuh House is an enlargement project of a dwelling designated for a family of four. The limited area of the site would be packed with new programs and bigger open space for a better experience. As the first floor had only small space for the plants, the roof garden is created on the second floor to improve the management of in house energy usage, mitigate the heat, and so forth.
The house orientation is very nice that it captivates a very good intensity of natural lighting and airflow.
To wrap up, a number of big infiltration wells are installed to obtain zero run off for the rain water.
